The Arts Factory is a mixed-use arts facility located in a transformed warehouse at 281 Industrial Avenue. This cultural hub includes 21,000 square feet of workshops, studios, offices and common spaces.
The Arts Factory houses studios and workshops for a mix of emerging and established artists. We also offer office spaces for Vancouver's arts & culture community in our upper-level coworking space.
Our open-concept coworking space is ideal for artists, creative freelancers and arts organizations looking for a short-term or permanent home. We rent individual desks (not enclosed offices) in an open area. The office space also features three meeting rooms, a full kitchen including an espresso machine and free coffee, and a printer/photocopier.
Meeting Rooms - $15 (Non-profit) and $25 (Commercial). Add $25/hour for bookings after office hours.
Permanent Desks - Normally $350/month + $15/month liability insurance, currently on special for just $175 / month for your first three months
Includes: 24/7 access, all utilities, internet, access to printer and meeting rooms.

If you're looking for a large space to hold an event, we have a mixed-use event/exhibition space available for rentals. The capacity varies between 100-150 people depending on the type of event. This space is suitable for readings, artist talks, openings and exhibitions.
