The Boardroom is available all day, seven days a week, including statutory holidays. It is 28'6" x 20' x 8' high and holds 25-30 people conference style, 40 people theatre-style and 150 people for stand up if lobby is used.
• 24 rolling, nesting armchairs, and 75 additional folding chairs (*the number of chairs available may vary based on simultaneous bookings in the other space, but can be confirmed ahead of your booking)
• Twelve (12) 24” x 72” rolling, nesting conference tables
• Wheelchair-accessible lobby, boardroom, and washrooms
• Kitchen facilities (not wheelchair accessible)
• Special Occasion License is needed if alcohol is served (available at BC Liquor Stores - $25/private function)
• Free access to wireless connection
• A projection screen, 2 flipchart easels (no paper or pens provided), and a TV/VCR/DVD) are available free of charge. A computer data projector (with both PC and Mac adaptors) is available for $25.
